Omni Furniture and its affiliated brands ( “Omni”, “we” or “us”) provides this webpage, including applications and other online services that are accessible through various desktop, tablet and mobile web browsers from time to time (collectively, the Sites). Please see the OMNI Terms of Use for more and general information.

Omni Furniture is a drop shipper who collects information from a customer; then transfers the customer’s furniture orders and shipping orders to third party manufacturers and shippers, who then directly deliver the furniture to the customer. Omni never takes title to the furniture, and does not receive or opens furniture, which are directly delivered to the customer.

Omni Furniture has carefully selected the shipping options for each product on its Sites to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item’s delivery options will be noted on its product page, and with the shipping method and order confirmed with the customer after checkout.


Every product on our site has an estimated lead time, which is the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Be sure to consult the product’s lead time before you order with expedited shipping.

FREE SHIPPING

Items marked FREE SHIPPING on the product page will ship for free. In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item if the product balance is under $100 prior to taxes. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with two possible exceptions being if we are required to charge sales tax or additional shipping on orders under $100 pre-tax.  Free Shipping will typically be curbside drop off or to the door only.  Please upgrade your shipping during the purchase process should you require faster express shipping or white glove services should you wish to have deliveries brought into your home or into a specific room.  

Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the webpage prior to payment. All parties agree that time is not of the essence. Order amount for promotional shipping doesn’t include, and offer doesn’t apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax. Some items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping. Other eligible items checkout will count towards the qualifying total.

BEYOND FEE AREA

On occasion, our shippers and carriers may deem a certain area, based on a zip code, to be a ‘remote’ or ‘secondary’ delivery location. This is because the carrier does not perform regular delivery in these areas and as a result, scheduling of dedicated routes is required with Omni being charged beyond mile fees for these services. These fees can range from under $100 (one hundred) dollars to over $1,000 (one thousand) dollars, based on customer location. To ensure we keep the lowest possible prices on our items, when necessary, these beyond mile fees will be added to the total cost of your order at checkout if your zip code happens to be included in the carrier’s list of ‘remote’ or ‘secondary’ delivery points. Beyond fees will be clearly communicated to you before the shipping checkout is completed if applicable to your delivery location. Unfortunately beyond fees are non-negotiable.

SMALL PARCELS

Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivering carrier. Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx.

Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart, but generally include:

  • Economy Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the manufacturer (specified on each product page), plus 3 (three) to 8 (eight) business days in transit for delivery.
  • Ground Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the manufacturer (specified on each product page), plus 1 (one) to 6 (six) business days in transit for delivery.
  • Next Day Delivery Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the manufacturer (specified on each product page), plus 1 (one) business day in transit for delivery.
  • 2 Day Delivery Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the manufacturer (specified on each product page), plus 2 (two) business days in transit for delivery.

LARGE PARCELS

For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS/FedEx, Omni partners with carriers and shippers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight.

  1. Choose a delivery option for your Large Parcel item at checkout: Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options and prices will be displayed prior to purchase.
  2. Your order gets picked up from the manufacturer: We’ll send you an email containing your Shipping Order to let you know your order is on its way.
  3. Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal: A Large Parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.
  4. Delivery appointment scheduled: Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.
  5. Day of Delivery: Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery.

LARGE PARCEL DELIVERY METHODS

Curbside (You Unload)

This delivery method covers the essentials. A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home within your appointment window. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. To have the items taken off the truck and placed on the curb, you can add the Lift Gate service for a fee.

Curbside (We Unload)

A skilled delivery team will unload the item from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

Front Door Drop Off (No Signature Required)

A skilled delivery team will unload the item from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

Appointment Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and an appointment window via email once your item arrives at the local terminal. The delivery terminal’s contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.

Signature Required: No. You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item will be left in the first available dry area, if delivery team determines the area is safe and secure.

Inside Entryway

Inside Entryway service takes your items even further. A skilled delivery team will bring the item inside your home and place it in the immediate entryway.

Room of Choice

The Room of Choice option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your item inside, and place it in the room of your choosing.

Full Service Delivery takes your item from delivery to assembly. A delivery team will bring your item(s) inside and place it in the room of your choice.* Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.**
*Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

**Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.
